What we can cover in thirty minutes
Enough to know what you are dealing with and what it costs. You speak to a tax specialist, not a salesperson reading from a script.
- A read of your income sources, residency position and goals
- High-level guidance on Small Business Status versus an LLC
- How Georgian tax residency works, and the 183-day rule
- Whether your activity qualifies for the 1% rate
- The complications specific to your case, and what to do next
What it is not
Thirty free minutes cannot be a full tax opinion, and pretending otherwise would not serve you. Detailed calculations, written advice you can rely on, treaty analysis, international structuring and implementation are paid work — priced below so you know before you book.

How to get the most out of it
Come with specifics and you will get specifics back. Useful to know before the call: where your income comes from and roughly how much, which countries you hold citizenship or residence in, how many days a year you expect to spend in Georgia, whether your clients are businesses or consumers, and whether any of them are Georgian. Thirty minutes goes a long way with those answers ready and not very far without them.

Common questions
Yes. Thirty minutes, no card, no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence.
A tax specialist. Structure questions go to Levan Jojua, who has spent 13 years in Georgian taxation and compliance, rather than to a salesperson.
Where your income comes from and roughly how much, which countries you have ties to, how many days a year you expect to be in Georgia, and whether your clients are businesses or consumers. That is enough for a useful conversation.
Yes — most consultations are video calls. You can also come to the office in Saburtalo if you are in Tbilisi.
English. That is the entire point of the business.
Yes. If your situation is simple enough to handle yourself, or if Georgia is the wrong answer for you, we will say so. It is a better outcome than an unhappy client.
If paid work makes sense we quote it, in writing, with a fixed fee wherever the scope allows. If not, nothing happens and there is no obligation.
