Who we are

Register-Company.ge is operated by Tbilisi Expat — LLC Setup, Tax and Business Consulting, at 35 Lavrenti Ardaziani Street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia. We are a subsidiary of tbilisi-expat.com, and the same team operates both.

What we collect

If you send the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number, which service you are asking about, whether you are currently in Georgia and when you expect to be, whether you want a consultation first, and anything else you write in the message box. That goes to one team inbox and is used to answer you. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, what we hold is whatever you chose to send in that conversation.

If you become a client, we additionally hold the documents needed to register and file for you: passport copies, company documents, bank statements and invoices. We hold them because Georgian tax and company law requires us to, and for as long as it requires.

What the website itself collects

The site is statically generated and serves no third-party advertising. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other CDN. There are no tracking cookies, which is why you were not asked to accept any.

Who we share it with

The Revenue Service of Georgia and the Public Service Hall, where filing on your behalf requires it. Your bank, where we are helping you open an account. Our email delivery provider, which transmits enquiry-form submissions to our inbox. Nobody else, and never for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the retention periods Georgian law imposes on accounting and company records. Email hello@register-company.ge.
