Tbilisi Expat grew up as a guide for people moving to Georgia: visas, residence permits, where to live, where to meet people, and — increasingly — how to register a business and pay 1% tax.

Those are two different audiences with two different problems. If you already live here and just want an LLC registered and your monthly filings handled, you should not have to read past three residence-permit pages to find that. So the company registration, accounting and tax services moved here, and tbilisi-expat.com keeps the migration and community side.

We are open about the relationship because the alternative is pretending to be two unrelated companies with suspiciously similar pricing. The reviews below are the parent business’s Google reviews — same team, so we quote them here rather than starting a new profile from zero and looking newer than we are.

Every fee on this site is published and fixed. You will not find a “request a quote” button standing in for a number we did not want to write down — the only genuinely quoted service is customs brokerage, where the work depends entirely on what is in the container.

Accounting is priced by transaction volume rather than by hour, because an hourly accountant has no reason to get faster. If your volume moves, we tell you before we do work outside your package, not after.
